Hey lovelies!

1 more day to victory. Sighs. And I am expecting Pagi Syawal to be a syahdu, melancholic and solemn one for my family. It would be the first raya without my late Atok. To celebrate Aidilfitri without someone who was so close to me, I am sure I will be drowned. Reminiscing how I lost him barely one month after my 18th Birthday, was one of my regrets. If only I was by his side when he breathed his last.

I'm trying not to cry.

Those solemn beautifully-composed Raya songs accompany me when I am reminded of him.
He was my only Atok, the one who would pamper me with everything that I wanted. He didn't stop giving me advices and encouragement to boost my confidence so that I do well in everything. I won't forget those words of him, especially his last words to me 4 days before he left me-forever..

Left at around 10plus, after which I made my way to Chinese Garden for Sarah's 18th BBQ Partay, yeah man babe I made it! We were pathetically the only girls. Lol shyy you know. The rest were guys, her church friends all. Hilarious. No more food for me okay. And they ate my donuts LOL. Nice meeting them though. :)

And then at almost midnight, I cabbed home with Zizah, feeling very tired and sleepy. :)

Alyphs's 19th!

Alyph's Surprise Party was a blast. Hosted at House Of Minang at Kandahar St on Monday, by the way. The place's really nice on top. The ambience was somewhat like Modern Kampong. How abt that? Hmmm.

The Birthday Boy was very surprised. A nice Sleeqholics gathering. This cutie pie ah, damn hilarious lah. The way he speak Malay is so funny. And when Fiza O called him suara baru bangon tido keperr seh. LOL.

FINALLY. A CONCERT. It doesn't matter even if it's on a small scale. :)

Sunday evening was well spent being impressed by Mr Kesal. I'm stucked to this nick of his all because of you, Sv. Tsk. I was very impressed by his capability managing everything from A-Z in the preparations of the concert despite he himself being the main focus of the day! ~It was definitely a S-U-C-C-E-S-S! *throws confetti*

The one-hour acoustic concert may seemed too short but it was definitely mind-blowing and worth the time spent. We need a BIG one. InsyaAllah, like we said, we shall AIM HIGH. :)

Breaking-fast session at Esplanade Outdoor Theatre, never done that before? We did. With packets of food -Rendang, Jelly Cocktail, Mee Goreng, Macaroni Goreng, wahseh.

Hyrul put up a fantabulous performance, bettling out a mixture of English and Malay songs. My personal favourite would have to be his rendition of Apologize(One Republic) and the one which made all the audiences drop their jaws, his delivery of Tuhan(Bimbo). At the very least for now, I am in tune with technology lor. Anyway, I am currently teaching Speech & Drama at SJI Junior for Primary 1 & 2 students. It's a torture because they can't really speak Malay. But at the same time, it's a pleasure to see them wanting to learn. Kids can be so adorable. 4 more weeks with them. :)

Raya preparations? Cleaning will begin next week. I shall collect my outfits from Nek Yam next week. Shoes and bags shall be hunt next week too. Kuih is in the process of making, I wonder where to stop. But I told my Mama to make more Kuih Makmur!~~ InsyaAllah I shall try to find time.

Ramadhn is not yet over, but Raya outings have been confirmed with some people. Yes, we must utilized that one wee of Raya before another nightmare befalls. Semester 2 of Year 2. I am halfway through poly education. Should I moan or be glad? Heh.

I have this sucky feeling. Again! So shitty.~~

As promised, it's gonna be a lengthy post eh? Hehehe. It was a tiring and stressful day, yet a wonderful day spent and a blessing from above..

Way before the real day, the organising team were having a great time brainstorming and coming up with ideas. With His Guidance, Alhamdulilah all went fine. Those meetings and
Cityhall, Jurong East, Bugis and Esplanade/Popeyes was so effing fun with people like you all lar! I will never forget Aishah falling off the chair especially! That was soo funyyy!

Okay! Yesterday, The team started work at around 4pm at the café itself. Final briefing and delegation of work, Alhamdulilah. And then we started on the decorations part, pasting the posters and banners, and then the best part, BLOWING THE BALLOONS! Pop pop pop! Izar ah! BURST HERE AND THERE! So much laughter, lol.

Finally done with deco and when the place looked welcoming enough, at the designated time the Surprise Team(Me, Shikin and Izar) headed off to Raffles Hospital lobby to fetch the man himself. Well, it goes like this. The venue was al along kept a secret from him, so he was toally clueless about the place. So that gave us another idea, kaching!

Oh we fetched our host for the day too, Shah Iskandar! And yes, we were scaring Hyrul with whatsnots, warning him to 'be careful', 'wishing him good luck', asking him to 'take care of himself''. Shah was so bad bad bad! What a great bestfriend! He was scaring Hyrul..

And then he also made us walked a LONGER route to the café! And he was making a fool out of Hyrul by making him walk on the grass, the steps. Lol it was hilarious you should see, it's all recorded on video, so no worries. Hyrul, you cannot walk straight hor? He walked crookedly when we said TEROS! Lol.

And okay a sincere apology from me. Well, you see. As I was guiding him as he was walking there was a pole, so I thought can make him knock on that advertisement thingy at the bus stop purposefully lar kan. i thought it won't be a hard knock. Unfortunately he knocked that advertisement board thingy with A LOUD BANG! YES it's THAT hard! Lol I am so sorry, I owe you one! Hahahaha! And then all Shah, Shikin and Izar could do was laugh their ass off! Kesian itu anak... Lol. Again, SORRRRRRY! And the journey was awefully FUN! :)

Okay! As we reached the venue, Hyrul was to stand in the middle of the crowd. Everybody looked so stunned! Haha. And so as Shikin unveiled the blindfold, I caught his surprised reaction
when the fans shoot the poppers out! SURPRISE! Tadaaaa! :)

And then of course welcoming speech. As it was aready buka time, all of us got our food and yet again we couldn't eat. It always happens anyway. While eating, we were all entertained by Hyrul's footage on Anugerah 2005. Awww man, reminiscing the time! The good old times.... Random. WE NEED THE 4 OF THEM BACK!

After buka, we actually had some games and performance from Hyrul accompanied by Abg Mayuni's fantabulous skills playing on the keyboard. As I was letting Abg Mayuni listen
to the songs, it was like magic when he could actually write down the notes for the song as he did the latter. Professsional. Takes my hat off to him man...

Wanted to sabotage a few people like AUNTY AMY (Mimi's mum) or Mimi! It was their 1st time at Hyrul's event. But tak kena lar auntie..... At least Hyrul chose Mimi for one of the games! Thanks Mimi for being such a sport! Hahaha. The flow of the games were alright. Alhamdulilah..

3 years without album? SO WHAT! You have showed that without an album, you could still stand tall. But of course it woud be better if you have one, and so we are expecting your
